Phases of Design
Our mission is to design outdoor spaces that are in balance with the existing natural environment, meet the client’s needs, are restorative and aesthetically pleasing.
Phase I of a residential landscape development includes the site analysis and design. The consideration of specific site conditions often guides decision-making while client needs, priorities and favorites allow for a personal landscape reflective of the homeowner.
Phase II of the landscape development involves the estimating process. Often, the landscape plan can be developed in phases and will be estimated accordingly.
Phase III of the landscape development requires an interpretation of the plan and plant lists to the actual site through on-site direction.
